The briefing was to create an attention-grabbing launch-campaign for the organic tampons from The Female Company.
The problem: Even in 2019 periods are still a taboo – 77% of all German women feel uncomfortable talking about their period.
Our answer: #Lippenbekenntnis – a provocative campaign, that breaks the taboo and naturally talks about periods. Just as natural as the organic tampons from The Female Company. We kicked it off with a provocative 200m2 OOH billboard right in the center of Berlin to start discussions and the social media campaign.
And as our Social Media Ads got censored,
the community jumped in...
...and started an open conversation about periods.
